The Building

The apartment is located in the historic Abraham Truskier tenement house at 40 Mokotowska Street, built in 1895-1896. It is one of the few buildings in this part of Warsaw to have survived the Second World War.

Between 2011 and 2014, the building underwent a comprehensive renovation, including the restoration of historic façade details, a new extension and the installation of a modern glass lift serving the courtyard side of the building. The property has retained its historic character while offering contemporary standards and comfort for its residents.
